CGT Growth and Innovation Forum – Miami

Consumer Goods Technology is holding its 2nd annual Growth and Innovation Forum in Miami on Sept. 24-26.

Visionary leaders will gather for two days of networking, relationship building and insights from some of the world’s leading consumer goods executives and analysts around driving innovation and sparking creativity. The theme of this year’s CG Growth & Innovation Forum is The New Roadmap to Business Excellence.

The panel discussion will include Marketing, Sales and Supply Chain as well as Innovation leaders from Sara Lee, Johnson & Johnson, etc. and will be led by Cheryl Perkins, President Innovation Edge. They’ll be sharing their insights on how changes in leadership, culture, organization design, processes, metrics, incentives, capabilities, systems and tools can increase or slow down innovation and growth.
