He is an expert at using structured innovation techniques to discover, analyze and interpret user-centered insights and defining disruptive new products, services and business models.

Luebke began his career by blending his acumen for innovation and sales to create a line of medical records software offerings for hospitals and physicians at a London-based healthcare company.  He led the marketing, product development, and customer support groups for this company, which is now one of the country’s largest providers of records management products to hospital and physician groups.   
 
Luebke was also at the Bureau of National Affairs’ in Washington, D.C., where he led a successful business turnaround directing marketing and business strategy for several products addressing the needs of corporate and individual tax planning experts. He also has researched, defined and launched overall product platform strategies, implemented product management processes company-wide and developed new branding and value propositions.
 
Recently, Luebke completed advanced studies in innovation and strategic planning at the prestigious Institute of Design at the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, where he focused on methods and frameworks for leading innovation and strategy teams. His Innovation Exchange project was recently published in Business Week’s Inside Innovation.
