Denise Couture
With over 20 years of experience in product development, R&D, engineering and consumer research, Denise understands clients and consumer needs and leads Innovationedge’s product development team. As director of product and technology development, Denise leverages structured techniques to discover, analyze and interpret customer and user-centered needs to help clients create disruptive new products, processes, services, improve existing products with new benefits and features and stabilize their manufacturing processes to ensure they deliver consistent performance and quality to the targeted end-users.
Prior to joining Innovationedge, Denise spent 25+ years with Kimberly-Clark Corporation, as a Research and Development Director, she led the R&D teams developing product strategy, translating insights into product opportunities and collaborated with multi-functional teams to deliver business unit goals and objectives. She also provided leadership and direction for the product and manufacturing improvements.
Denise is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame where she received a B.S. in Chemical Engineering.
