Dave’s passion in the areas of ideation and creative problem solving has sparked many new solutions for organizations and teams!
Dave guides organizations, teams and individuals to strategically and tactically improve collaboration, process, and the work environment. Holistic corporate culture-building is Dave’s forte. He especially delights in helping clients blend their corporate talents and relational work styles to build powerful, innovation-oriented teams.
Dave’s expertise and thought leadership as a consultant to both large and small corporations as well as government, education and non-profit organizations. His prior role at The Gatehouse Alliance consultancy focused on creativity and innovation methods, personality and organizational assessment, development and effectiveness. He was previously an internal innovation consultant with General Mills Inc., program chair of the Institute for Creativity and Innovation at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minnesota and director of the Graduate Program in Applied Creativity and Innovation at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota.
David received his bachelor’s degree from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul and his master’s degree in Creativity, Innovation and Change Leadership from the Center for Studies in Creativity (S.U.N.Y).
