Alexandra (Ally) has experience in learning, change management, and talent development across industries such as beauty, pre-clinical, and manufacturing. She is passionate about building meaningful, people-centered solutions that enable engagement, improve performance, and foster psychological safety. Skilled at uncovering organizational needs, she translates them into behavior-focused, data-informed strategies that drive individual growth and foster lasting organizational change. She has designed engaging learning programs, supported strategic transformation initiatives in areas such as HR and Operations, and facilitated workshops on topics including process improvement, team performance, communication and leadership.
Ally earned a M.S. in Managing Human Capital from Saint Joseph’s University and a B.A. in Psychology from Moravian University. She is also certified as a ProSci change practitioner and has completed graduate-level coursework in Clinical Psychology, enhancing her ability to tackle challenges with empathy and a culturally informed perspective.
