Rahul Shinde is a globally accomplished innovation and R&D leader with over 20 years of leadership experience across the food, dietary supplement, ingredient, and consumer packaged goods industries. He has held senior global roles at Church & Dwight, Givaudan (Naturex), and The Clorox Company, where he successfully integrated scientific rigor, business strategy, and operational execution to deliver breakthrough innovations. Rahul’s expertise spans ingredient technology development, open innovation, flavor and fragrance partnerships, and product design anchored by deep hands-on experience in formulation, product analysis, pilot plant testing, process scale-up, and commercial manufacturing. His work has led to the development and launch of health-based ingredients, functional foods, and novel supplement delivery systems that generated significant business growth and market differentiation globally. Rahul brings a rare blend of strategic leadership and technical depth to drive innovation and growth for clients in the food, nutraceutical, ingredient, and flavor industries. He partners with organizations of all size; from early-stage ventures to established CPG and ingredient leaders to identify and execute high-value innovation opportunities.

Rahul holds a Master of Science in Food Science & Technology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, an MBA in General Management from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth, and a Bachelor of Technology in Food Science & Technology from the Institute of Chemical Technology, Mumbai. He is a U.S. Patent holder, a published researcher in peer-reviewed food science journals, and an activemember of the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT). Rahul has also served as a keynote and technical presenter at leading industry conferences such as Future Food Tech and SupplySide West, and as a judge for multiple global start-up innovation challenges, reinforcing his standing as a respected leader and collaborator in advancing the future of food and nutrition innovation.
