Frank specializes in risk-based supplier and material qualification, supplier monitoring, RFP development/analysis, strategic sourcing, and resolution of supply issues as well as safety, traceability and transparency in the food supply web. He is a proven team builder and excellent presenter in leadership, operations, materials management, and QA. He has been a consultant for many years and held positions with such firms as Zosano Pharma, MAP Pharmaceuticals, Genitope Corporation, Alpha Therapeutic Corp., Miles Laboratories and more. His background includes initiatives with a range of small start-up firms to large international organizations in Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Biotech, Food & Beverage, and other highly regulated industries. He holds a Master of Business Administration Degree (MBA) from Indiana University at South Bend (IUSB) and a Bachelor of Science Degree (BSc) degree from Ohio State University. |
