Leslie is passionate about identifying insights to delight consumers and grow businesses through product and commercial innovations.  She is masterful at working at the seams of organizations to integrate consumer, technical, and commercial components into compelling holistic executions.  Consumer research has always been central to Leslie’s work.  She finds nothing more rewarding than creating innovation strategies and bringing to market those sparks found through deep consumer understanding.

Leslie has spent 12 years in research and development bringing innovation to life with Procter and Gamble.  Leslie recently was the North American Director for Tide Laundry Detergent.  She led the organization to design, validate, and execute product innovations, as well as develop influential content for commercial executions and sales meetings.

Leslie graduated Maga Cum Laude from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering.
